Do you like it??

I actually really like it, I've been this colour before but didn't keep it for long.

But I tend to dye my hair extravagant colours but wanted to get hair extensions and I thought a nice neutral colour would be better for me.

And I even had a trim too, so at the moment it is pretty short and i have no idea how to style short hair.

Tips?

Ooo, and a good place to purchase decent hair extensions please.

Clearly i have failed!

Obviously i am a beginner to youtube and blogging, so if anyone has any advice on how to control it better and get inspiration it would be greatly appreciated.

GLOSSYBOX: January 2012 Valentines Edition.

So when everyone heard that this months glossybox was the valentines day edition there was alot of questions asked, like:

'I havent received my january box, OR,

Do we still receive the febuary box.

The answers to these were all explained by glossybox, This is the january box but it was dispatched later than usual because of it being a limited edition box and was for valentines day.

The february box however, will still be despatched mid month : ) YAY.

When i found out that this months box was a fuschia pink box that made me more excited i think to receive that, that is because i re-use the boxes for holding products or to use as gift wrapping.

On to the products!

So as normal every month we receive 5 products to try out and review.

 

Pretty pink packaging!!

    Eyeko Skinny Eyeliner Pencil in Midnight Blue.
    I was so happy to recieve an Eyeko product in my glossybox, the brand is one of my favourite eyeliners.
    I received mine in a navy blue colour, which i loved because i love blue eyeliner. I would of preferred the green one, but you have to be happy with what you receive right? : P
    The reason i love this eyeliner is because the design of it, it has an extended handle which is better for precision. Everyone hates it when your eyeliner gets used right down, Eyeko has come out with a design like this.

    Clarins Extra Firming Day Cream + Night Cream.
    When i read my card to see what products i received this is the brand that stood out for me.
    I have never used Clarins before but they sell it in my local BOOTS.
    With high end products i would always like to try the samples before i spend alot of money on them! This product has made me want the bigger versions because they feel so good on my skin!

    FAB Body Moisteriser
    When i read the card, i recognised this brand. They sell it in my BOOTS store but i have never tryed it. Also i noticed that on my card it said Body Wash, But i received the moiusteriser. I wasn't complaining because i would much prefer a moiusteriser over a body wash.
    I like this product because it sinks into your skin and it doesnt leave you with that greasy feeling. Which is always a plus!

    MURAD Skin Perfecting Primer Dewey Finish
    When i saw another murad product i was very excited and ready to try this out. To be honest though i wasnt impressed! This has been the first product that i havent liked. When i swatched it i realised that it was a skin tone primer, but it was way too dark for my skin tone. When i applied it my skin it gave my face that muddy look. And i really didnt like it. Sorry murad lol. If you made a clear version im sure i would appreciate it more.

    And that is everything!
    All in all i was very happy with the items that i received this month a couple of them me being very picky. But then we cant like everything can we.

Im Back!

Wow, its been ages since i have made a blog post and im sorry to everyone who does read them that i have been slacking for about a month now! Oops!
But i am back.
I've purchased so many products over the last month, i havent been able to help myself.
Some that i have just replaced from my collection and others that i have purchased for the first time which i am loving.
So this is basically going to be a monthly favs post. (and also upcoming things that i have bought but not received yet) :D

I recently ran out of my PALMERS Cocoa Butter moiusteriser and i wanted to try something different. I have really dry skin and i wanted something that would fight it.
I noticed that NIVEA had a new one, so i bought it and i was really excited to try it.
 
I have really dry/sensitive skin, and this product said that it would be perfect.
Unfortunatly i cannot use it anymore, it gave me this really severe rash on my face which to be honest still itches now! :( Not happy. So i wasted £7.00 on this.
If you have sensitive or dry skin like me, i really dont advice buying it. If you want to that is fine, but i could not use it.

I have just placed and order for 2 brands that im soo excited about trying.
Ive heard so much about these brands and i hae just been saving up to purchase some for myself and this is MAC and LIMECRIME.
Limecrime have been around for so long now but i havent had a chance to actually order some. But the other day i was on http://love-makeup.co.uk and noticed that there limecrime lipsticks were reduced to £10 each, so i bought 2 :) Cosmopop and Chinchilla, which are the two shades ive wanted for ages!!!

When these arrive i am going to be so hyper and where them all the time!!

The other brand is MAC and i ordered Studio Fix Powder in NC20, and Smoulder Eyeliner :)
I didnt buy too much but i know that this will start off my collection.
I am going to need a bigger vanity i think :P
Off to ikea i go!
